What we collect, where it lives, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect
Two things. First, the email address you type into the grader form or into an unlock form on the Track Record and Market's Best pages, together with the ticker you graded or the page you unlocked. Second, basic visit analytics through Google Analytics. That is it. There are no accounts, no passwords, and no payment data, because nothing here is sold.
Why we collect it
We record your email to gauge interest: which parts of the product people care about enough to trade an email for. We do not currently send any email at all, not even a confirmation. If that ever changes, the first message will include a way to opt out.
Where it lives and for how long
Submitted emails go to a database table in our AWS account (DynamoDB, encrypted at rest). One row per email address, holding the address, the tickers you asked to grade, which forms you used, and the time of your last submission. There is no automatic expiry: the data is kept until we manually delete it. To have your row deleted, email e@ericcaskey.com.
What we don't do
We don't sell, share, rent, or trade your email. Nobody sees the list except the site operator. The only third parties that touch any data are AWS, which hosts the site and the database, and Google, which provides the analytics below. Nothing you type into a form is sent to Google.
Analytics
The site loads Google Analytics 4 in its default configuration to count visits and see which pages get read. Google sets its usual cookies for this (listed below) and processes that data under its own privacy policy. We send no custom events.
Cookies and browser storage
The site itself sets no cookies; the only cookies come from Google Analytics. The site does use your browser's localStorage for small preferences that never leave your device. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes all of them.

Deletion requests
Email e@ericcaskey.com from the address you want removed and we will delete its row from the database. For the browser-side entries, clear this site's data in your browser settings.
